Delete your account
Deleting your account removes the account, remaining credits, job history, and uploaded and generated images on our servers. It cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open ClosetShot and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account & All Images.
- Confirm twice. Deletion is immediate.
By email
Email hello@closetshot.com from the address on the account, with the subject “Delete account”. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in email.
- Remaining credits.
- Job history.
- Uploaded photos and generated images still on our servers.
Purchases
Purchases are managed by Apple. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or it will renew.
What is not deleted
Images you saved to Photos or shared elsewhere stay on your device. Apple keeps its own purchase records under its terms.
Email hello@closetshot.com from the address on the account if you no longer have the app.
